Stephanie Thomas, M. Ed., CCRP, Clinical Research Project Manager, Department of Emergency Medicine, will be giving an overview of a new clinical trial. The FASTEST research study is being conducted to determine if a protein (rFVIIa) that our body makes to stop bleeding at the site of injury to a blood vessel, can slow bleeding in the brain and improve outcomes. They are reaching out to the community to raise awareness of this new trial.
This is being done to determine if a prtoten (rFVlla) that our body makes to stop bleeding at the site of injury to a blood vessel, can slow bleeding in the brain and improve outcomes.
As long as you have a smart phone or computer, you can join us for a fun yet informational meeting. We will begin the meeting at 6:00pm.
