About the Event
A gentle class of yoga poses held for several minutes with rhythmic breathing and mindfulness. Learn how to modify a pose or use props to align and relax the body. Class is helpful for stress reduction, recovery from illness or injury, tightness from sports, chronic pain. Supported poses help ease of movement as the fascia and muscles lengthen.
A positive, transformational class led by TriYoga instructor Mary Kemper.
Suggested: yoga mat, strap or towel/tie, blanket, yoga blocks.
